Recently I've got two QSL cards directly from Japan.
If you're a member of Amateur Radio League of each Country,
You can send your QSL cards via Bureau without any cost except for postage.
But if you get QSL cards in addition to hand written letters directly,
The impression of it cannot be campared to QSL cards via Bureau.
